I had a lovely experience here after a long day of travelling. This place was located very close to the Florenc bus terminal in Prague, but despite that, the prices were very affordable and the portions were large.
The curries were very nice, smooth, and well-seasoned. They weren't spicy enough for my taste, but it was fine for me, since I didn't request for them to be more spicy or anything. This was also my first time having a Bangladeshi Rezela so I don't really have a point of reference to compare to, but the one that was served to me tasted great and combined well with Pulao rice. The butter chicken is a classic dish that almost everyone's tried, so it's easy for me to comment on that one. It had the typical good butter chicken taste, although I would have enjoyed a bit more spice and saltiness.
The Jeera and Pulao rice were very fluffy, warm, and satisfying. Definitely a great addition to the curries, although I'm sure the breads would have done justice as well
Lastly, the service was also great. Our server was very friendly and welcoming, and we had such a great experience partly to their attitude and generosity despite it being such a hot day.
Overall, I recommend this place for a quick meal near the bus terminal. This place was not only affordable, but the food and service was just great.

Read moreThe first impression of the restaurant was definitely not good. The linen on my tables were not clean and it had stains on them. We ordered water, coca cola and banana lassi for appetizers. The banana lassi was just bananas, milk and a lot of water, it wasn't served cold. The main course we ordered were plain and peshwari naan, vegetable curry and chicken rezala. Peshwari naan had a slight garnish of coconut and was coated with a very sweet jam, this is not a traditional way of making peshwari naan. The vegetable curry had a lot of oil which i felt was personally unhealthy to eat and the vegetables used for the dish were frozen. The chicken in the rezala dish was overcooked and the gravy was blend. The information they provide on their website is completely different especially regarding to the prices as I think this is unfair to any customer. The customer service is not much to appreciate as they did not even bother to ask for a feedback regarding the food they serve. I would prefer not to give them any stars if possible as this was the most unsatisfactory dinner...
Read moreI’m not one to really write reviews, but I HAVE to share this. I initially went to K The Two Brothers Restaurant And was disappointed. Not only because the reviews were so good and I don’t feel my experience was up to par, but because they didn’t have peshawari naan or lamb korma. What kind of “authentic” Indian restaurant doesn’t serve that? Anyway, I looked up different Indian restaurants and found this amazing place. I called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for and they confirmed.
As soon as I arrived I was warmly greeted by Fahat. Let me tell you, the service I received was EXCEPTIONAL! This place is underrated. Their service, food (not to mention the variety of options available) and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back if I’m ever in Prague again. I promise you Original Curry & Tandoor Restaurant will not disappoint you,...
