Absolutely 1st class! Highly recommended!!

A true gem, hidden amongst the back-streets of Prague 5, very close to Smichov, 1-block from a tram stop with on-street parking easily found. The design of the interior and exterior dining areas are fresh, high-end and extremely well looked after, with a warm & cosy feel to them - set amongst the residential buildings.

Very nice menu with a good selection of dishes - not too many yet ample variety (the greatest dilemma being which one of the soups, starters, main courses and desserts to select, as they all sounded so good - browse their menu available online, and you’ll see what I mean). Each dish we had was not just beautifully presented, but was full of delicate and well-balanced flavours, with excellent portion sizes. They even so kindly catered for children, with more simplistic “favourites” in smaller portion sizes.

The selection, variety and advice on wine was extremely professional, including a really delicious dessert wine that truly complimented the flavours of their desserts.

The service was impeccable! Pleasant, informative, attentive yet not intrusive. All drinks arrived quickly and each course of food was served at the ideal interval.

One of the best dining experiences we have had in a very long time! We shall definitely be recommending to our friends and colleagues and returning ourselves soon and often. Booking in advanced is recommended, as they understandably get full...

We have been several times at CJ26 (dinner a la carte, dinner with degustation menu, lunch menu, brunch). OUTSTANDING.

Delicious food, using fresh and high quality products and with a hard work and passion behind every dish. Karel, the chef, is an excellent, all of the plates we tried (and we tried more than 20) were always impressing and tasty.

Lunch menu - offering same quality of dishes as during the dinner service with at an affordable price. Changes every week. A basket of bread is always served at the table (homemade bread) and amuse bouche.

Regarding wines, Milan will give you the best tips for that. Moreover, they have a big selection of high quality wines (if you are a wine lover, just take a look at the list). During the degustation menu, the wines included in the wine pairing were perfect for the dishes and really interesting ones. Despite the wines were TOP, the food was at the same level.

The Brunch on Sundays it is delicious, prepared with the same passion as the dinners and lunches. Impressed with the apple juice (which I rarely drink).

Karel (the chef) tries to come always to the tables to ask for feedback. Overall service is really attentive and professional.

The first time I went to the restaurant was a month ago when my husband surprised me for my birthday. The location completely surprised me because we had driven by it so many times, but I never noticed the place. Dinner was great!! I had items from the seasonal menu which included asparagus. The portions and quality were great!! Yesterday I decided to go for lunch to try their lunch menu and once again the food was awesome! It was very filling and everything was delicious. Next time I will try their brunch menu. Hidden gem that is definitely worth going to. Call to make a reservation if you want to go for dinner. Looking forward to...
