I don't want to lower the average and I select 4 but I would have put 3 stars I understand that it could have been my unlucky day at random the hotel is a disappointment 0 even if I'm still in the room. one of the waiters (all very kind and well-groomed) unfortunately left the terrace door open for 10 minutes so I was cold and I ate everything quickly like in a fast food restaurant without tasting the dishes well and without asking for extra bread or cheese which in my opinion in an Italian restaurant is recommended. The appetizer was normal, unfortunately everything was placed in layers on top of each other. If the cured meats were placed separately on the cutting board, the flavors would not mix (the ham absorbs the flavor of the salami and so the salami also tastes like ham or lard, all the cured meats were covered in cheese, pecorino cheese that covers all the flavors (but visually it all seemed quality). Ravioli stuffed with lamb, parmesan, pecorino and pine nuts (I had previously asked for the weight of the dishes to get an idea of ​​what to order and I was told 200 gr, the raw weight of the ravioli must have been 100-120 gr and the pasta sheet was too thin) also on the weights and allergens there is a lack of communication and visibility. We're staying at the NH Hotel and took the free funicular from the lobby to the restaurant. (No need to wear a coat; you don't leave the building except when you’re riding in the car.)

Once we arrived, we were quickly seated by a very friendly host. The food choices, while limited, were outstanding. My wife and I both had the vegetable soup, which was very flavorful and beautifully presented. My wife then had a pasta dish, while I chose a salmon tartar appetizer as my main course. We finished with a truly delicious pastry in cream dessert. The bill came to 1,430 CZK including tip. (That's around $62 US.)

Spending the day during a diplomatic visit. The best part of this restaurant is the people working in here, they are very welcoming and trying to offer a good experience. From the human side definitely a good experience but from the food offer and point of view, it is poor, super expensive and they do not offer many options.
