Rude, ignorant and poor service. Terrible food. Have been here today with my wife and kids for a spontaneous after-school dinner. Set outside as it was sunny and warm. Kids played at the small sandpit play corner. We ordered the gnocchi spinach, gnocchi carbonara, chicken supreme and a Greek salad. Also asked for 2 small beers and a large BOTTLE of Still water for the kids, with a few glasses. When the drinks arrived we got the beers with a jag of tap, lukewarm water loaded with about 2 full oranges sliced in them. The kids really wanted plain, cool bottled water (it was 32 degrees today). It took me about 10 minutes to get the attention of the waitress who clearly ignore us. I went inside and ask the guy behind the bar for 2 bottles of natural/normal/still/"neperliva'' ('no gas' in Czech). He shouted '' moment! ''. I went back to the table. After 10 minutes of not getting the water I had to go inside again and he immediately told me '' moment! '' again. This time I demanded water right away. He got to the table a few minutes later, with a grumpy face and a bottle of sparkling water! At this point I just went to my car parked outside and got a bottle of water I had there. I was annoyed as he knew what I asked for. I even said that in Czech. Food: enormous gnocchi portions. Sauce was thick and sickening and there was so much of it you would think it's was a cream soup. Chicken "supreme" was a supreme disappointment. Small piece of breast with the bone, on top of what was supposed to be a grilled vegetable on a skewer. The veggies were half raw, soaked in oil. There was some unidentified Brown sauce on it as well. The Greek salad was a small side dish size but was the best dish on the table. We left most of the food on the table, paid the bill and left. There are some great and lovely bars in this neighbourhood such as Bernard, and Na Stare Fare but this one is shockingly bad....

Disrespectful staff! Old meat! Watch out!

We had a private hire booked for 56 people on 21.09, it was supposed to be inside of the restaurant, but it was placed in a side building,like a shed-looking. And it was definitely a shed-style inside, even the spider nets were present. But you can forgive a little mess here and there as soon as the service is nice and welcoming. But it wasn’t. Very rude vibe was felt throughout the dinner. When we ordered drinks, one of the waitress when bringing a drink to the table after one of my colleague tried to move it to give it to her friend, the waitress came back and very aggressively put it back on the place when she put it first, it was a very rude service throughout the whole experience - completely unacceptable, you don’t pay 700CZK per person to feel that hostile. Party was supposed to be until 11pm but as soon as we sat they told us the party is finishing at 9pm, and when 9 showed on the clock they kicked us out! When we wanted to pay by card the blond short haired waitress again aggressively reacted that they take no card payments. Ok, we understand but you don’t have to shout. :) I don’t know if it was because we are foreigners or what but we felt very unwelcome.

Another thing was the food, I’m not saying anything about the flavour because this is a subjective matter - BUT WHEN THE BEEF MEAT ON THE SKEWERS IS OLD AND STINKY this is something you have to worry about. My friend didn’t want to say anything during the service because she said she was honestly scared of the waitress and didn’t wanted to ruin her night.

Watch out for this place, you might have your party ruined.

We have been regulars to this restaurant for many years and go there often with family and friends. But last time the service was just terrible. The waiter who worked on 10 april 2024 was very rude, he carried the drink for about 20 minutes. When he asked us what we would order, without waiting for an answer he simply turned around and left if the answer did not come in less than 1 second. It was very unpleasant. The food was worse than usual. the portion of fish is 2 times smaller than it was before for the same price. But most of all, of course, the waiter was upset, rolling his eyes and clearly did not want to serve us. I will never come to your restaurant again and will not recommend it to anyone.

P.S. When we complained, they called us Ukrainians, although we are not Ukrainians.. Evil and rude people shouldn't work with food.

P.P.S. That is, even if we were from Ukraine, would this be a reason to treat us so...
