Disappointing Birthday Experience

I came here to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The waitress was unprofessional and quite rude throughout the evening. We ordered a cheese board that looked terrible — the cheeses were all piled on top of each other, making it impossible to tell which type was which, and the selection itself was really poor.

To make things worse, the waitress brought the wrong bottle of wine, poured two glasses from it, and when we pointed out the mistake, she still insisted on charging us for the full bottle. It completely ruined the mood — my friends were upset, and so was I. I just wanted to enjoy good wine, nice cheese, and a pleasant atmosphere for my birthday, but this place failed on all fronts.

This wine bar is absolutely stunning. The people are great and very knowledgeable. The owner and the servers are very friendly and helpful and happy to show you a variety of local and international wines. The pricing of the wine is economic. We stopped in for a couple glasses of wine one evening while visiting. They were doing a degustation tasting from D'Abruzzo and had one of the wine makers on site to help pour and speak to the wines.
