Bottega Barlie — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Honestly my experience there was bit unpleasant and also the waitress (a young man with very short haircut) who severed us was a bit “RACIST “ towards to us.

We are two Asian young woman,went there around 5pm and we ordered some normal dishes like the shrimp 🍤 and salad and some bread etc.

We pretty much finished our meal around 20 to 30 mins, but we were still having our water and ready to chat and chill maybe another 10 mins. All those people around us at the other table came earlier than us and they were also finished their food and just chatting. but the waiter only came up to us (two Asian) and ask us if we can leave now and leave the table for other clients.

Normally I think this is normal if we already finished our dinner and it is a hit restaurant. But at the moment there were some other tables full of white people and they were also just chatting and finished their food. Why the waiter only came and asked us to leave ?! I’m not sure what it is but it’s definitely made me feel uncomfortable 😣 and I won’t recommend other people...

WOWZA!!! We stumbled upon this place after looking to go to the tik tok famous Fabro and being turned away cause it was full. This spot is only a block away and SOOO GOOD!! We have never had this kind of food before and were so impressed. We got the white asparagus (amazeeee sauce so yum), lumpfish roe flat bread (dill flavor!! And the bread was so moist), and the lamb culottes (the kale?! Yum). We ended with the pear and cardamom ice cream, which was delish. Only thing is the pear was a little hard to eat.
