L'Enoteca di Mr. Brunello — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

A disappointing return.

Having visited the restaurant throughout the years and always having been impressed, their downfall has come after harsh covid times.

The service was lethargic and without passion, dishes and wines were placed without exposition, I'm still not sure what our main dish was. Silverware and glasses were dirty.

The wine service was dreadful (especially for an enoteca): Our white wine was served at the end of the bottle which wasn't enough for two glasses, instead of topping up from the next bottle they had to open for later guests we were left with underpoured glasses. At the Barolo one could then hope for it to be made up for, but instead it was served in the wrong glass (compared to the rest of the restaurant) and again underpoured.

The food was a mixed baggage: the 290 DKK addon breaded egg with white truffles was delicious and reasonable sized, the main dish was a meat cut used for stews which was served sliced, leaving it rubbery and full of connective tissue to avoid.

Overall the five course menu accompanied with the truffle egg wasn't close to...

Incredibly unprofessional human relations and complete lack of touch. To be very clear, I did not go to this restaurant. I have sent them an email proposing a collaboration. Whoever is replying to the emails was extremely rude, accusatory and unprofessional. This person could have simply politely declined my offer, as is natural and comprehensible. But instead he/her went completely overboard with prejudice against me and anyone working in the digital promotion field. From this unpleasant experience I can definitely conclude that their customer service is very lousy as their education is scant.

Their reply was at least hysterical and none-sensical. For that reason, I do not recommend anyone to further endorse this establishment as their staff is not properly trained to deal with people and human...

Not recommended at all!

My husband and I, are dining out very often. We’ve been in so many restaurants in Copenhagen with different themes… From Brace, The Pescatarian, Kiin Kiin.. to Silo, La vecchia signora, Trattoria SUD, Asador… and so many others!

We were actually looking much forward to our dinner at L’Enoteca di Mr.Brunello last night, since it had good reviews! However, it turned out to a very disappointing experience for us! We were unlucky with both starters and the main! There is a certain basics which is expected from a 800dkk restaurant in Copenhagen! Such as not purring water on the table while serving your customer- or if it happened maybe at least clean it! Or not having a dry chicken leg… or too much butter in Ravioli.

Anyways… this was our experience, but it could be us being unlucky with...
