2 star rating: We had to wait over half an hour until our order was taken. We had to ask again after a while about our water and it took a long time for the drinks to arrive. The Aperol Spritz was dark red and tasted more like a knockoff Campari spritz. When we asked about it the waitress told us, that it is forbidden to import Spirits into Denmark (which is straight up a lie) and danish aperol Spritz is made with a different spirit than the Italian brand. The food tasted very good, apart from the sauce bernaise which had way too much tarragon in it. There was enough staff, however they seemed to be very unorganised. When asked about a straw for the coke the waitress rolled her eyes and never brought one. All in all not a very good experience even though the food tasted nice. We will not be going again.

How is this a Caesar salad, I honestly don’t know. The chicken came in the shape of the minced chicken balls which were deep-fat fried, and the oil has been used about 100 times. You can smell and taste this old oil. It was disgusting, I’m sorry I can’t find a better word. Chunks of cheep fried cheese to compensate for the lack of Parmesan. I find it embarrassing to serve something like that to the guests. P.S. I was charged 38 DKK (approx 5€ and 6$) for tap water. In Scandinavia you get tap water for free pretty much everywhere because… well it’s tap water. And that’s when I was thinking it can’t get worse.

Pretty decent for a hotel restaurant but it will depend on the day and time. First day we tried to eat here and no one even acknowledged us waiting for 15 minutes so we left. Second day we managed to get in, order and have food in front of us within 20 minutes. Food was tasty and wholesome. Big corporate tables seemed to come in at around 7-730pm and at this point service really struggles. Our waited was lovely on day two and burger and fish and chips were nice!

Strongly recommend- the food at Nordbo is amazing! Living around the corner, this restaurant is our go-to place, which we visit in a monthly basis. There is always space, it's very kid-friendly, but most importantly, the food is truly an experience. Try the meat, pizza or fish (I wish they brought back the halibut fish 😋). For little picky toddlers, they serve very very good fish&chips 👍 We would also like to praise the management- the service level has improved significantly - people working there are friendly, attentive and kind. Little pro tip: 🍷 start your nice evening on the rooftop, with a glass wine on Ansvar terrace, overlooking the canal, before heading to the ground floor restaurant to enjoy the...

Disappointing service! Our waiter was particularly rude, especially when we asked for a menu and then asked if we could pay in cash. We were told that we were not able to pay in cash, even though I had the exact amount (with no explanation, just an eye roll). As a hotel guest as well, it’s disappointing as the service elsewhere e.g. at the spa and the front desk have been brilliant. We ordered two pizzas, a beer and a cocktail and the price was over £70. I know Copenhagen is expensive, but that was extortionate particularly because the pizzas were only okay, and the service was terrible. There are plenty of other lovely restaurants in Copenhagen - I wouldn’t recommend this...
