If I could give this place 6 stars I would... Hell I would give this place 10 stars!!! I am not being hyperbolic when I say this is some of the best food I have ever eaten. The place is small and has very limited seating, but is comfortable enough if you sat at one of the high chairs. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We told them we really liked the salad dressing and they proceeded to tell us the recipe! So humble and gracious. We had the summer rolls, fried chicken and pork ribs. The summer rolls were fresh and well proportioned. They were delicious, but the true stars of the show were the chicken and pork ribs. The fried chicken was fried perfectly. A crisp golden brown coating clings tightly to the juiciest wings I've ever tasted. They are lightly dusted with a spicy sour spice mix which is the perfect blend in my opinion. It is also served with a dipping sauce which is also very good. The pork ribs are served with a wonderful side salad that is fresh, crunchy, and tangy. Normally the side salad is just a boring salad, but this one is truly delicious and stands up to the ribs! The ribs are served in a tangy, sweet and salty sauce that is sticky in the best way. The meat is tender and comes off the bones easily but still has just enough bite to it. I can't tell you enough how amazing this experience was. It was by far our best meal in Copenhagen and the best meal we've had in a long time. The staff were so kind and made the experience that much better. My wife even asked to switch an item for another after we had already ordered and they did it without any hesitation or complaining! I would never usually leave a review on a place unless I had very strong feelings about it, which is rare. The first time my friend and I came here we ordered our food but the card machine was not working. My friend searched for an atm for about 20 minutes, during which the machine started working again and the cashier neglected to tell me we could now pay with card. A bottle of beer was opened and not drank or paid for. Sorry about that. We left because we ran out of time. We came again tonight because we were so excited to eat here, even after that poor bit of service. Live and learn, it’s fine. But man were we disappointed. I thought that the people here were fantastic, but the food and experience were extremely below par of reviews and expectations. The only notable flavors in the beef pho broth in my opinion were cinnamon, pepper and star anise. The beef was a bit bland, and the presentation was nothing noteworthy (like whole stems of parsley thrown in there). The beef bahn mi was also extremely meat and bread heavy, and had almost none of the balance of acidity, sweetness, spiciness, and bite of a good bahn mi. Pepper, sesame, beef, bread, and some slight acidity from the greens showed through but it was lacking balance. Same with the pho broth. We were also placed in the side room, which could be made 1000x better with some very simple lighting/decoration changes and cleaning (big liquid stain on the table in the back right). Our server also seemed a bit dismissive of us, maybe having a bad night. Unfortunately I would probably not recommend this place to a friend, but I do really want it to be better as authentic Asian food is so rare in Copenhagen. Fantastic option for that Asian food craving that you are having right now! Friendly staff, delicious food and filling portion sizes.

Location & Ambience: (5/5) Away from the bustle of the main streets but still within walking distance to the pedestrian zone. There are two rooms where seating is available. One with more tables and the other with more high chair seating. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The crowd is always a good sign of a nice place.

Food & Drink: (5/5) Had the spring rolls which had mushrooms and they were delicious. Couple with the dip, the crunchiness and freshness of it made for a great start to the meal. Followed this up with the stir fried noodles with chicken. This was lovely as the chicken was cooked so well. Filled with flavours and textures that made this dish perfect for those colder days.

Service: (5/5) Top notch! Seems to be a family run business with the staff always smiling and providing great advice on what to get. They served the food quickly as well.

Summary: (5/5) Great option for any Asian food craving you may have. Will certainly visit again the next time...
