I highly recommend this place—100%! It’s hands down the best spot for drinks and snacks in the center that we’ve been to!

From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The owner, waiters, and waitresses went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made our visits truly special. We felt incredibly well taken care of, and their friendly service made all the difference.

We loved it so much that we came here twice! Both times, the cocktails and food were absolutely fantastic. We tried different cocktails, and every single one had an incredible flavor and a beautiful presentation.

The chicken nachos were simply out of this world! They were packed with plenty of chicken and cheese, and the flavor was just perfect—so delicious that we couldn’t stop eating them.

We ordered 2 classic burgers, 2 large soda's and a garlic bread, the garlic bread was good. But... The burgers were terrible, the cheese seemed like cheap cheese for toast and wasn't melted at all, the bacon was chewey, and seemed liked it had layer for a while before use. The fries was undercooked, and under seasoned... When the waiter asked if everything was Allright we told her that we wasn't satisfied, and her only response after she talked to the chef was that it was supposed to be like that, terrible service. Luckily we only ordered burgers, I would have been really mad if I had ordered 2 large steaks and had had the same experience.

Overall I've never been more disappointed with the food and service af a herrford restaurant.

The restaurant itself seemed dirty and had a terrible aucustic, the bathrooms where dirty and had duck tape on the window to seal a crack.

Food: an unskilled chef placed inexpertly cooked, untrimmed, low quality steaks on cold plates. Five minutes after delivery, everything was cold. The ribeye was actually a large sirloin. All the steak had been cooked without regular turning, leaving the first 6mm below each surface way overcooked, and very little in the middle that was anywhere near how we’d ordered it. The grilled potatoes were anaemic. Everything was insipid. Not exactly inedible, but far from the high quality steakhouse experience billed on the menu. The service: after taking our initial order, nonexistent. Faux-friendly before that. We tipped anyway, because the design of the restaurant makes the waitresses’...
