Halifax — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Food was good, i actually wanted to give 3 stars but gotta be honest, the only good was the food

rude waitress, when me and my husband ready for order, i told her what's my order, and my husband thought that he can create his own burger, instead of saying it nicely, she said it "no you can't, you must start from the city, you can't make your own" Then my husband ask for 3 minutes more, then she left us saying nothing, not even okay or whatever. When it's time to re order, she ask me "and what's your order?", i said "i did order already" and she rudely said "no you didn't, i didn't take your order earlier"

Like what the fk man? Just because my husband needs his 3 mins then she decided to not taking my order as fixed order, above that I'm quite attacked by the way she said "no you didn't, i didn't take your order earlier"

table for 2 are way too cramped, ppl has to raise their voice because the music, if you like to eat in a cramped table, with music on and deafening ppl's voice, then it's a good place for you to go

Burgers were great 👍🏼 💪🏼 Second best burger I have ever had in DK. A bit of depth of the sauces, to create a bigger wow, was missing in the flavor for me, but my friend loved his and it did taste more rich than mine (he ordered the burger with the egg inside.)

The fries lives up to every expectations with both the crispness and juiciness, and the sauces are great. 💪🏼 Portion size and quality well fitting for the price.

We will be coming back for these points ☝🏼 as in CPH, I haven't found better burgers than these at Halifax.

Overall quality if furniture seemed quite nice, was comfortable and hygienic. 💪🏼 ✨ Well done for also keeping sanitizer standing around, for guest to use and remind us everyone to keep good hygiene. 🥳

Cons: Desserts were mediocre and overpriced, soft drinks quite expensive too - hence the missing star on food rating and service.

Atmosphere - cosy, but bar like. Toilet rooms need a makeover. They are bit to dungeon and bar like for us, to feel they fit the "up-style trendy high quality food" look the place...

I love Halifax and have rated the others very well, but this one is probably the worst I have been. We went there for dinner and were told to wait 40 minutes for a table (which is ok and expected at a Halifax). But I honestly wish they have told us that we couldn't eat there that day, because when the 40 minutes had passed there was still a few to go before we got a table. It was near closing time and the waitress was really impatient, making faces, kicking hard on the floor and rolling her eyes while waiting for the orders to be done, clearly stating that we were "too slow". The food came quickly, but it was the worst presentation I have ever seen at a Halifax. Also, the cheese wasn't melted and they were probably running out of guacamole cause I could barely find any in the burger. I mean, if they couldn't take more guests, they should just have let us know. It's a shame, but I guess I just have to stick to the...
