AVOOOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIDDDDD!!!! I was excited to eat at this restaurant but I was so shocked and more when o got in. Me and my wife ordered food shawerma wraps. They served the food with in 5 minutes, both wraps were so cold and we ordered fries and they heated them up and they came rock hard, I took the food and asked them this is not professional way to present their food and I didn’t want to stay and asked for refund after I payed 190 Danish kroner. I gave them the 10 danish kroner back to get my 200 danish kroner back and they said they wouldn’t refund me even the change I gave back, they took so they didn’t refund me the food money and also took the change that I had left over from the 200 danish kroner. I said to them I don’t want to eat here after the bad service and they said that the money I paid is not going to be refunded. I was so disappointed in the way they handled the situation and I said to them it will be bad on your website, they said to me that they will find a way around it. In the end he said to me it’s up to you IN Arabic BEING RUDE. My wife said to them have the food and the money and we left. Worst food experience we ever had. Never seen something like this. I was drawn in by reviewer’s photos of this establishment’s food thinking their Doner Kebab was akin to the variety seen in UK. It’s not. But that’s not the basis for my 1/5 review/score.
Food
The meat was under seasoned and over cooked, not terribly, but far from perfect. I’ve eaten many kebabs that cost less and tasted far better. Way less. WAY better.
Service
While counter service is practical for a city street walk-in eatery, rude service and dismissive behavior isn’t.
Anywhere. Ever.
If you hate dealing with the public so much that you insist on speaking in deliberately hushed tones and in a foreign language (not Danish) with coworkers while ignoring guests who are actively and politely trying to engage with you then please just do everyone a favor and either find new service staff or learn to love what you do and charge for.
If it hasn’t occurred to the owners just yet…. your competitors are hungry to assume your business and no self respecting customer enjoys, tolerates, or frequents passive aggressive behavior and substandard service...

I've been coming here for more than 30 years. It USED to be my no. 1 place in Copengagen to eat shawarma. Always had a good experience. This time due to obviously new owner the food was barely okay. The shawarma didn't taste the same. The place was DIRTY. The staff was very RUDE and UNHYGIENIC. The WORST SERVICE I've ever experienced in my life. VERY, VERY BAD SERVICE! Rushing customers to choose their order. One staff got RUDE when I asked for mayonnaise for my chips. They SHOUT at customers, and a staff member littereally had a fist fight with another customer. They don't have any patience. The TOILETS are DIRTY with no soap. This place used to be very famous and pleasant, but has now gone down the DRAIN. I was littereally SHOCKED how a bussiness is ruined.
