The Italian Corner — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

This is about the worst place I’ve ever visited. They were eager to get us in as costumers but as soon as we sat down we were completely ignored. Our server was unacceptably ignorant and couldn’t have cared less about us as PAYING costumers.

The food wasn’t even solid, how they even dare to call it Italian is insane to think. The company next to us left 20 minutes after being seated because they hadn’t had a server take their order since being sat. Honestly wish we would’ve done the same. How they are able to make it go round with the insane prices too can’t ever be understood.

Horrible place that does not care about their costumers. Do yourself the favour of taking your well earned money elsewhere. TRUST ME - this is not an experience you want in your life. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Unacceptable. Thanks for ruining our night.

Also, care to add as it is extremely wrong for someone who might wanna consider making costumers actually WANT to come back: once we got the receipt for our dinner she tried to make us pay for 2 extra drinks on the tab. And when we asked what she was making us pay for as we had more drinks billed on the receipt than ordered she couldn’t explain it and said we didn’t have to pay for them anymore. Do you do this to all your costumers? Imagine what they make extra a day billing people for things they didn’t order considering how many people don’t check the receipt and just pay because they simply...

The food was okay. The dough could have been a little thicker and they could have at least added more sauce. It was a little dry and too thin. It took them forever to get our food done and even had to ask us a second time if they got our order correct. It‘s too expensive, the big bottle of water was not very big after all. One plus point could be the light, because the light is really good for selfies. After our food, I went to the bathroom and was shocked. It was not really clean, there was a random door that was a bit open with tons of packages in it. Next to the toilet was a small gap that was randomly open with dirt and spider webs. The toilet was disgusting and the waiters also took a bit too long to get our plates. There was very small space to walk around. I would not recommend this...

Please never eat at this restaurant. We came as a group of 6 which allowed us to try many different dishes. The restaurant was dead empty making us the only table seated and I now understand why. Our cocktails came with no alcohol and after a long discussion with the waiters they apologized and returned them exactly the same. Our risotto was undercooked crunchy rice not pasta risotto and tasted abysmal. The appetizers were off and the bolognese tasted like noodles with overcooked chewy meat. Finally we ordered a steak pasta that arrived after 50 minutes as just a soggy overcooked steak, to clarify we were never asked how we want the meat cooked. Do not recommend at all.
