Sultan Shawarma — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Ate a kebab box (specifically chicken for me, and shawarma for my friend). The meats were tasteless and cooked to end of its life. I have eaten at some (what I presumed at the time) very bad places, but they always had decent proteins, compared to Sultan. The chicken was super dry, and the lack of dressing inside made me feel like eating sand. Also, in the photos it shows fries, salad and veggies and protein of choice. I got 80% iceberg lettuce, 1 big piece of tomato, 1big piece of cucumber and a bit pickled cabbage and onion, and probably only 10% protein. It felt like eating a salad, not a kebab box. If there were some fries, at least I would’ve been full, but I was very hungry after eating a super dry chicken salad. Not what was advertised, and not what was expected. I saw some people eating outside, the shawarma plates, which looked super nice and the reviews were decent about them, either something changed or they make the kebab boxes as cheaply as possible to bring in customers. No-one was infront of me in the line and I still waited almost five minutes (from entering) before being able to place my order. I don't mind waiting a long time - as long as I can place my order as soon as possible, and then sit down and wait - rather than standing at the counter waiting to order... The costumers in front of me were asked to pick (chili, which kind of salad, etc.), so I assumed it was the same for everyone. Suddenly it was announced that my roll was packaged/done, without asking which content I'd like. It easier if there's a system that applies to everyone, so you know whether to specify when you order - or as the roll...

Ordered the food was not ready. There was a huge line and I came inside to pick my order. Nobody bothered to even look at me. I talked to 3 of them and all just wave me away. At the end I tried to get my money back because I waited for more than 15 minutes without even getting anyone to acknowledge that I did order food nor that is in it's way. At the end I finally talked to someone who would actually look at the system to see that I did order something and then I waited for food to be made. At the end they didn't even had food that I ordered and I could choose to either take something else or lose my money, since they can't give me...
