The Burger Concept — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

I ordered cheese fries, milkshake and a burger, paid extra for extra cheese. The fries were great, no complaints. However, the burger came with a mayo dressing, even though the menu didn't state that this would be on it, and didn't give me the option to remove it (like I could remove other unwanted toppings). I detest mayo, and you can't just pick it off once it's smeared all over, so I asked for a new burger without it. The guy seemed annoyed, ignored me when I informed him about precisely what I had ordered, and then gave me a new burger without mayo but also without the extra cheese that I had paid for. At that point I didn't have the energy to complain any more, and just accepted what I got. Very disappointing service, and they should fix their menu and ordering system so people can remove ALL unwanted ingredients (and know what they are). Even McDonald's manages it, so it can't be that hard.

The shake was okay, kinda bland in flavour, and lacked the little biscuit on the cream that was shown on all the pictures. Not the end of the world, but I get annoyed at false advertising as a principle.

With that said, the burger tasted good enough for the price. I just wished I hadn't paid extra for something...

On Sunday, August 20, 2023, we came to the restaurant with 3 of other friends, we placed our order. We received our food around 20:45 and started to eat. After we sat down, the employee came and said that they would close at 21. (The place closes at 22) While we were eating our hot food, the employee started to tidy up. He loudly picked up the chairs and took the smelly garbage bags out to the area where we were eating. We paid attention to the time and ate our food quickly. While we were trying to eat our food very quickly, we couldn't finish it before 21, so we packed the rest and took it with us. Despite all these disrespectful and disturbing attitudes, the employee, who we don't understand what he was trying to do while still trying to be human, blocked the road we needed to get out of the place with smelly garbage bags. I reacted and told him that it was disrespectful to put the garbage bags and that he should remove them. Despite this, he did not remove the garbage bags. As we were leaving, a friend next to me tripped over the garbage bags. I have never experienced such a bad service employee experience in my life. Disgraceful and disrespectful! Unacceptable! I don't recommend...

Something has gone terribly wrong with this fast food place. The food back in September 2022 was both very rich in ingredient quality, quantity and also had a great variation. Fast forward to October 2023 and the food has become a complete joke. Take Philly Steak Fries for example. Back then they had big steak pieces and green onion as well as a nice bernaise sauce. Today you get tiny bits of burger meat sprinkled on top of some cheap frozen fries and the fancy cheese sauce is now a cheap cheddar sauce while the green onions are completely gone. I will post comparison photos that were both taken by me now and back in September 2022. I didn't even mention on how utterly disgustingly dirty the place is because I took the food home.

My opinion as an infrequent customer is that they need to get back to how they used to be and raise the prices in order to maintain last year's food quality or they will fall into permanent mediocrity if they haven't already. It's their choice.
