Vandkunsten Sandwich — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Very poor service and unfriendly staff. When my friends and I entered this place, a man glanced at us and continued typing on his phone. It took quite a while, and we were left standing there, waiting for him to assist us. The situation felt pretty tense, and he still kept typing on his phone. We continued to wait until the woman working with him finally interrupted and said something (it seemed like she asked him to serve us). The man made it very clear that he didn’t care about us.

When I ordered coffee, he rudely asked my friends if they were ordering anything. They declined, mainly because of the poor service.

To top it off, the coffee was mediocre at best—3/5. I don’t recommend this place; there are much better coffee...

I ordered a sandwich here and watched the person make it touch the handle on the front door, touch the cash machine, touch the chicken, then the bread and the AC remote as well as handle my sandwich with the same gloves. My wife and I had two flatbread sandwiches today, one chicken and one falafel (veggie). Very large sandwiches, grilled and heated up, and completed with lettuce, tomatoes and more. Delicious, and budget priced! Both sandwiches and a water we're about 150DKK.
