Sat for over 20 minutes in an empty room with only 3 tables being occupied, which weren't ordering anymore FYI. The 3 waiters behind the bar were just casually chatting between each other. We are English speaking so we got the English menus - funny thing, but each one of us got the different menu and the positions/prices weren't matching to one another's menu. No matter what we did, the servers just wouldn't come to us. We would totally understand if it was busy — I work in a restaurant myself, but they did nothing. We left eventually and none of them asked anything when seeing us walking out. I understand that you guys are a quite popular place, but taking any single customer for granted does and will not play in your favour. Just because we weren't danish speaking doesn't mean you could ignore us. It's just unacceptable and embarrassing for you...

I have been coming to this place quite a few times though the years and have mostly had a good experience. Unfortunately, that changed today. I was there with my daughter and girlfriend, they had to leave early so I went outside and said goodbye (leaving my jacket, phone and hat on the table.) When I came back they had cleaned half the table. I sat down and wanted to enjoy the food they had left. After a while I went to the toilet (leaving my phone on the table with my jacket. And half a plate of food) When I came back, the table was cleared. When I confronted the waiter, they just said "we though you left, please pay the full amount. Bye"

They waiters seemed young and unexperianced.

Awesome and Delicious brunch. I had the Klassik Brunch, which consisted of various meats, sausages, bacon, eggs, fruit, yogurt and so much I can hardly remember. The meal set me up for the whole day and at a reasonable price by Danish standards. Coffee was good and the fresh pressed orange juice refreshing. The perfect brunch by my standards.

Atmosphere here was really nice too, good outside tables with the morning sun was pleasant and the people working here are really friendly and happy people.

If you are in Odense and in need of Brunch, then I can definitely recommend...
