July 2022 Thankful for an enjoyable, relaxing, time in the Dominican Republic. Thankful for delicious food options, elagantly served by the owner, Veronica, and her team at Comadrita's. Comadrita's is a five star restaurant. The restaurant vibe and atmosphere brings a touch of class and elegance to the areas tourist community. When you go, make sure you try the hamburger and the salmon dinner, it is deliciously flavorful. Yummy!

Comadrita's team of waitors and waitresses are very polite and attentative to their guest dining needs; they are patient, and readily available if you need anything. No one rushes your dining experience, they allow you time to enjoy your food without coercing you with the check in order to get the table.

The owner, Veronica, is an angel, she went above and beyond her job to show my family and I hospitality; she insisted we would enjoy our stay and offered just the right recommendations for a awesome vacation. At just the right time, we were most thankful and blessed to cross paths with a local Dominican resident who fluently spoke english, willing to share kindness, grace and generosity. The people in Dominican Republic were very pleasant to be around. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend Comadrita's restaurant to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic. Come to Comadrita’s for authentic Dominican cuisine! The food here was exceptional! My favorite was mofongo cerdo, which had pieces of fried pork that melted in my mouth!As a result, I came here every night for dinner when I stayed in Punta Cana. Veronica and Jonathan were lovely hosts and are very passionate about Dominican culture, which is very evident in their food. They talked to me about their culture, language, food, and places to visit. They even told me about their Dominican hot chocolate and helped me get some at the convenience store next door! Also, they made me a house breakfast special for dinner since I had a tour the whole day. Amazing food and customer service. My only regret was not getting more food and trying more Dominican specialities. I definitely recommend this place if you are in town if you want a taste of...

The best restaurant in Punta Canta! Service was absolutely amazing! Victoria and Jonathan was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Everything is fresh and authentic. Family owned and operated. Their mother and aunt are the actual chefs and the food you can simply taste the level of love and care. We’ve tried many restaurants and this is the best we’ve had.

So let’s talk about the order. I had Mufango(My first time trying it after many recommendations) which was amazing! I also ordered the oxtails and rice with a side of sauté vegetables. The oxtails were falling off the bone!
