Terrible. I remember coming here a couple of years ago; there was a Spanish manager, and this place worked incredibly well. I returned to Punta Cana after many years, and the first thing I did was try to remember the taste of that bakery… what can I tell you? Terrible! Bad, bad, really bad. Let's start from the beginning… We sat down, and nobody came to serve us; I had to shout "Hello!?" after 40 minutes to a waitress. Well, finally we were attended to. We ordered the mofonguito steak, which was priced at 380 pesos, and they told us they didn't have it, only shrimp… Okay. They charged us 600 pesos for the shrimp one, and we found out about it when we went to pay! We ordered a Hawaiian burger that was supposed to come with arugula and mushrooms, but it arrived with only tomato and lettuce. They charged us 900 pesos!? A damn burger that doesn't even worth that! We didn't want to get into an argument, but everything was terrible. Bad service, they don't have what they offer on the menu, and what they offer they do it differently. Expensive, but expensive is saying tourist trap level. How can a mini mofongo cost 600 pesos? How can we order a burger from the menu and get something completely different? Terrible. Terrible. Read moreI come here all the time because there is no other place in Bavaro to go. Place was completely empty today yet it took over a half hour to receive my simple breakfast of scrambled eggs and bread. Last week it took over a half hour as well. Only one other table that is occupied outside and I was here first yet they received their food first. They don't seem to care about how lomg they take either. Place is Dog friendly. Good coffee and breakfast. Nice ambiance and friendly staff, but they take forever with the orders even though the food is good. I guess that they do not value your time. Took forever to get our bill as well. Brutal service today.

Here again today. Have been waiting 20 minutes so far for a waitress to come over. A gentleman who came 10 minutes ago has already been served. Only 3 people in the outdoor patio area so they are not busy. Maybe they don't like me and don't want me to come here anymore. One of the most frustrating places to eat of all time. I’ve spent a lot of time in your business this year and lately it brings me deep frustration and sadness to be honest. Each time I order something the standard changes and each time I order something I receive it incorrectly. I personally feel a rudeness reflecting back to me from the staff like it’s my fault or like I am complaining which is a horrible feeling. If you are going to offer meals make sure it’s the same bread you’re using each time or notify the customers and get your staff to train in understanding customer service better. I’ve worked in service all my life and just because they may not speak English well is not a good enough reason for customers to leave feeling dissatisfied and stressed. I have been here 4 times this week and each time I receive the order incorrectly when I have clearly asked.
