We came here today (Saturday, August 12, 2023) and were right on time for opening at 11am. Not only the lady wasn’t ready to open because she hadn’t finished inventory but was quite displeased that we were kind of rushing her instead of being apologetic and accommodating. The service was good even though I don't speak Spanish they walked me through how to order and to top it off the ice cream was excellent. I'm definitely revisiting before I leave. This is a must stop on your vacation. Though inside was full with patrons it didn't take long for me to get my order. Totally unfriendly service. Not interested in the customers satisfaction or interest. They gave is the wrong flavor and when we complained , the lady said we are lying and that this is what we ordered. They refused to fix the mistake and also refused to give us our money back.
