I have eaten at this restaurant multiple times and, in the past, could usually count on at least good service. Unfortunately, last night was a very different experience.
My friends and I came specifically to try their Chillo a la Boca Chica, a style of fish we had been craving for a while, but it turned out to be a major disappointment.
We started with piña coladas while we waited, but they were so heavy on rum that we could barely taste the pineapple. An hour after placing our order, the server came to tell us the kitchen had lost our food ticket and hadnât even started cooking. He gave us several excuses, and while the restaurant offered a âfree entrĂ©eâ for the delay, what we actually received was just four pieces of toasted bread with olive oil.
It then took another full hour for the fish to arrive. When it did, it was unseasoned, the accompanying green salad had no dressing, and when we asked for salt, it took 20 more minutes to get it.
My friends and I are usually very understanding, but the restaurant was not visibly busy to justify such poor service and long delays. To make matters worse, the server appeared annoyed that we...

The food overall was delicious, though I did have an issue with my salmon not being fully cooked. That said, the parts that were cooked properly were absolutely flavorful and satisfying.

Read moreService good. Food sucks. 1 hour for cold veggies and deep fried lobster. We ordered grilled lobster. No melted butter or nothing
Update, I'm here at this restaurant now and I was told 15 minutes for my food. Over 1 hour and still haven't received anything. If I hadn't already paid for my food I would have left 45 minutes ago. People are nice, but the integrity from the staff lying about wait times is poor service. I had some plans with my family and the the reason I ordered to go, but still I'm here waiting. I could have wentbto a 5 star restaurant in Piantini or Naco and sat down and ate and would be faster than this including the drive time. I tried you guys again and so far you have fail me twice. Not good. I hope the food is at least better than my last experience. Hopefully not tasteless and cold like a few months ago.
Update food was...
