Burger King - Orellana — Restaurant in Mariscal Sucre

I have eaten in BK for the last 25 or 30 years, and their products are always good, their place in ore llana was one of my favorites, but last Friday while my whole family and I were eating there we were disappointed with the sodas machine, since the liquids weren't good, they were flavorless and so plain. They offer you the free refill option but it's pointless if the sodas are so bad. Beside of this it was raining and even though they have a sort of cars watch man this guy wasn't helping at all, we were double line parked while waiting for a parking spot... finally we managed ourselves to find a paeking spot, and this guy was like... "good for you, but I'm not gonna get wet..." we decided to not ruin the moment and just put it behind and moved on... so those are the two things I'm feeling annoyed, I know eating at BK is not a cheap thing... so they should check more often the equipment or machines so we the customers will have the complete happy...

Que pena como ha decaído la atención en el local de la Orellana, es la segunda vez que voy al mes y me ha ido muy mal, el cajero no sabe marcar lo que uno le pide, marca las hamburguesas que están solo en el menú, no puede detallar lo que uno le pide , las whopper mal armadas, no mantienen la cantidad de porciones de salsas que debería ir, la carne seca, las papas secas, el te sin sabor. Las mesas sucias, con bandejas llenas de los desechos que ya habían comido. La zona de juegos con olor a zapatos y a pies. Los baños sucios. No había anfitriona y era día domingo 14h00, mi pequeña cumplía años y por más que pregunté si tenían algún detalle la empleada del comedor nunca regreso a indicarme si lo había o no. Cuando hable con la administradora ella si indico que le den un sundae. Todos esos detalles se han perdido en el tiempo, antes salía la anfitriona, le ponía una corona, traia un globito y le daba un postre al niño cumpleañero. Me vendieron lo más caro que no solicite y en lugar de ser un día festivo, a mis invitados les tocó comer otra cosa que no pidieron por no dañar más el momento . Mi pequeña que era lo más importante se fue triste. A pesar de que hable con la gerente de mi inconformidad, solo se limito a pedirle a otro chico que tome otra orden que hice.....nunca se apersono en solucionar mi problema, no lo tomo en serio. Es muy lamentable...

Fresh, hot and fast delivery! This is the best BK in the city, and is always open. At nights is some kind of difficult to find a parking space, but you can also order trough autoking :)
