I was rather very disappointed. The last time I visited a Segundo Muelle restaurant was in Panamá 10 years ago. I was told the quality was lowered, I can only confirm that. We had the ceviche three ways, which was more or less ok, some of the sauces made sense although the traditional one was too cold. Then we went for crab causa, we couldn't eat it; the potato had a strange flavor and the crab was coarse and I wondered whether it was fresh. In the end that put us out and we couldn't eat more. Read moreWe had a delightful dinner at SM. Everything was excellent. To start with, the apps were amazing. The two salsas accompanying the plantain chips were the star of the show. Very different but impactful on the palate for things to come. Some pepper heat as well as some garlic. Dinner was two different ceviches that were both prepared perfectly and were quite unique.
