Got delivery via talabat for lunch and wow so glad we did. I asked for some things removing from my shawarma and some things adding and everything asked for was adhered to perfectly. We got small shawarma’s and they have never seen small, lovely fresh flavours and really quality food. We will definitely order again while in egypt. It's big but not cheap for the city. Personally I didn't like it - I was expecting the meat and the vegetables to have more flavour, more spice - the sauce to taste more homemade, or the toppings from the can seasoned or grilled for example... The lady running the business is very nice however. They have some tables to...

Doch bevor ich den Rückzug antreten konnte, geschah das Unerwartete: Der Service-Mitarbeiter reagierte blitzschnell, improvisierte und machte das Unmögliche möglich. Genau so gewinnt man Kunden. Ja, ich habe über die Preise erst einmal gelacht – Wahnsinn, dachte ich. Doch dann kam das Essen. Und plötzlich lachte ich nicht mehr, sondern war beeindruckt. Qualität, Geschmack, Präsentation – alles auf einem Niveau, das den Preis rechtfertigt. Selten erlebt man einen Laden, der einen erst zweifeln lässt und einen dann komplett überzeugt. Fazit: Wer Qualität und exzellenten Service schätzt, ist hier genau richtig. Wer billig sucht – viel Glück woanders.
