KFC — Restaurant in Cairo

The WORST . I ordered one regular meal for one person , the branch was not busy , it took 30 minutes! I've never seen a restaurant this dirty, the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, the pots that they put food in were dirty, and the toilets were just like the picture! The customer service was terrible and slow, the employees weee rude and ignoring customers. Your request will not be met normally unless you complain about them and tell them how to do their job! After the bad meal, I went to wash my hands, but after seeing the filth of the toilets, I decided to leave without another disgusting experience inside this neglected WC! I wish there is a ZERO...

I recently visited KFC in Cairo, and I must say the experience was outstanding, thanks to Mustafa. His exceptional service truly stood out. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my visit. Mustafa made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and ensured my order was handled promptly and accurately.

It’s rare to find such dedication and professionalism, and Mustafa’s positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. KFC is lucky to have such a fantastic team member. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend this...

Perfect place and normal price but services!!! We request tow order and ask for seven up, but staff said we have only Pepsi , the customer come behind me requesting for seven up ( this the first) We wait to revived order almost 25 mints ( when I asked they said still you need to wait ) Customer behind us received their order and left. This issue with one staff only , I hope you check camera and give a training for this staff ( how to serve customers) At the end this KFC international brand.
