Coffee Shop Company — Restaurant in Cairo

A very bad experience, definitely not visiting again. I wanted to order just a coffee and water for me and my wife, and although the place wasn’t crowded, I had to wait around 10 minutes for the waiter. When he finally arrived, he told me that due to Eid rules, I was required to order a dessert and place a minimum of two orders. I refused their rude attitude and unreasonable rules and instead went to the restaurant right in front—Volo's. It had much better service, friendlier staff, and better prices. I loved it there and ended up staying longer, feeling comfortable enough to order food and drinks without being forced into anything, even though the place was quite crowded, the staff...

Ich hatte eine enttäuschende Erfahrung in diesem Café. Sie zwingen Kunden unerklärlicherweise dazu, neben ihrem Kaffee auch ein Dessert zu bestellen, obwohl auf ihrer Speisekarte überhaupt nichts davon steht. Es handelt sich um einen offensichtlichen Versuch, ihren Umsatz zu steigern, ohne Rücksicht auf die Wahl des Kunden. Diese Art von versteckter Policy ist irreführend und untergräbt das Vertrauen, das man von einem renommierten Café erwarten würde. Diesen Platz ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

I had a disappointing experience at this coffee shop that left a bitter taste in my mouth. They inexplicably force customers to order a dessert with their coffee, but there's absolutely nothing in their policy or menu that mentions this requirement. It's a blatant attempt to increase their sales without any regard for the customer's choice. This kind of hidden policy is deceptive and undermines the trust you'd expect from a reputable coffee shop. I won't be returning anytime soon. I have only paid for the water that they left...

Very bad experience ..

They are forcing you to get a dessert with the drink, although i mentioned that i need my drink without sugar, so how come you ask me to get dessert !!! this is a silly way to get extra money from your customers, i would buy more but because of this i didn't and i will not go there again, hope you are happy with this strategy that makes you generate extra few money and lose a customer forever, i really wanted to leave but i stayed to make this review based ..

And the order took around 1 hour to get , and the place is very noisy

تجربة سيئة جداا المكان بيجبرك انك تطلب حلويات مع المشروبات مع اني طلبت مشروبي من غير سكر قبل ما يقولي ان لازم اخد حلويات .. بأي منطق !!

للأسف طريقة سخيفة و أسف رخيصة جداا عشان ياخد فلوس زيادة مع انه لو معملوش كده ممكن الواحد يطلب تاني بمزاجه من غير اكراه

طبعا مش هدخل المكان ده تاني و تجربة مستحيل تتكرر غير التأخير في الطلبات مكان عشوائي و مزعج جدا و اللي فارق معاهم بس الفلوس

و الله قعدة...
