The food was mediocre, had Spanish Omelette which was okay, a bit salty though. Croissant was very fresh. But I wouldn't recommend their coffee or hot chocolate. Didn't like the service very much though, I had some work to finish so I stayed there for a few hours, after some time it started to feel like I overstayed my welcome for some reason. When I asked for my check they wanted to charge me for a bottle of water which I neither asked for nor got offered and definitely didn't get, so I told the waiter and he looked at me suspiciously then argued with me saying that he is sure he served me the water, he even glanced at my bag to see if it was there I think. As if I'm going to order 400 EGP worth of food and cheap out on a bottle of water! It was super rude and totally uncomfortable having to repeat that I didn't take it for them to remove it from the check. The only good thing about the place is the atmosphere. But it's safe to say I won't be going...
Read moreThe worst experience ever and I won't recommend this awful place to anyone, the most unprofessional and rude staff and the worst treatment I have ever witnessed, the service was a nightmare to me and to my friends also I had an issue with the staff rudeness and bad manners and I asked for the manager they went and got someone I would never call him a manager he is such a rude person and he asked us to leave and told us to order again according to the minimum charge (which was not something true!) there was no minimum charge as they said or as the rules in Egypt, they were just lying and behaving like thieves and I could call the police for them about asking for extra money even though we ordered a lot but they wanted us to keep ordering and told us it is a weekend so we have to order more and more if we want to stay! That was awful place...
Read moreOne evening, my wife and I were walking around looking for a place with a hookah and came across Mokhito. The manager convinced us to look at the menu, and even though we weren’t very hungry, the dishes sounded so good that we decided to stay.

The only downside was that the drinks took a long time to arrive. Both the first round and the refills were slow. For example, my second non-alcoholic beer came after I had already finished eating, which was disappointing.
Overall, Mokhito is a great place. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and I’d happily...
