OUTDOOR - BAR
Not recommend. There are a lot more clubs and bars 1000% better than this one.
Atmosphere - location and atmosphere are nice. Entertainment - nothing new - same singer for as long as I remember. The drum guy is inconsistent, not entertaining anymore and give us a big headache. Crowd - mixed crowds. The place is after the money. You need to understand so I don’t single out nationalities. Service - service individuals run after the people that they can grab a lot of money from. Not to service everyone equally as it should be. They never tell you if you still have money left to use in your minimum charge that they require. We asked the server if we still have money to use and he said “no you are good to go.” But when checking the receipt the next day, we saw that we did not use up our minimum charge and the place in fact took our remaining money as we still had 1800 Egyptian pounds remaining. The server should inform the tables that they have remaining on their minimum charge so that they can order something to make up for that money that they had to pay. Especially when we specifically ask. Still not the point, the point is that the service stinks. In a previous visit, we observed the server using our bottle - which you have to pay a fee for -to service other guests. We stopped it, but that shows that they are very consistent with bad service.
We decided after the last visit to this place that we will never go back and we do not...
Read moreIf you’re looking for a memorable night in Cairo, Nile Maxim river cruise offers a fantastic dining experience on the Nile. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, making it perfect for family outings or romantic evenings alike. To help you plan better, here’s a breakdown of the charges: it’s a minimum bill of 1500 EGP per person, which includes unlimited access to a fresh salad counter (pita, hummus, and a variety of vegetables), plus water, juices, and one dessert of your choice.
For the main course, you’ll select from a separate menu, ensuring your total meets the minimum. They’re also quite generous—our family of four was only charged for three, so we paid 4500 EGP in total. The evening starts with soothing English classics as the boat sets sail, shifting to lively Spanish and Arabic tunes and wrapping up with incredible local dance performances that bring the culture to life. It’s a great 2.5-hour experience of food and entertainment, worth every penny.
We arrived around 7:30 PM, and the boat began sailing at 8:20 PM, taking us on a scenic route along the Nile before returning at 10:00 PM. One note for families with young children: the cruise is smoking-friendly, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to smoke. Prior reservations are recommended for a smooth experience. All in all, Nile Maxim is a fantastic choice for a beautiful night...

Waiter was impatient and didnt give time to think for us to order so we had to hurry what to order. Same thing happened when we were about to finish the waiter almost took my plate when I didnt finish my food The waiter was more busy in attending single girls and dancing with them rather providing service to us Performance was just okaish , belly dancer was good , Derbish or sufi performer performed only for 15 mins and then went to each table for his tip, Singer were good Food wasnt that great not bad either Washroom was just one for lady and one for men so expect queue The cruise seemed pretty old and not maintained eg. I saw a broken door knob, Chairs were shaky Tour was promised for 3 hours they started at 8pm ended by 9:45 pm, hence was for 1 hour 45 mins
Hence you can get better cruise options IMHO. P.S Dont get fooled and impressed by entry facad, it looks amazing but this is not the cruise ,...
