Wow, wow, wow. I've been living in Cairo for the past 3.5 years and just recently discovered this gem, it was my 2nd time here and just as mouthwatering as the 1st time. Hakeem (the owner) provides fresh “home cooked” meals that always include love. His menu is different daily since the market’s morning availabilities dictate his dishes. His skill and creativity bring it all together while providing a peaceful dining experience with good music and friendly service. Consider yourself lucky to be close to Hakeem’s restaurant if you’re in Cairo but if you’re not, then the commute is more...
