Our visit happened today at 1 PM. The first guy at the main entrance didn’t greet us until we did, and never offered to help us with the baby stroller. The hostess (Blonde Hair) didn’t know how to smile, and whenever i ask for a table if she is free she keeps quite and i ask again and then she will just say ok. she made us feel that we need to work harder to get her satisfaction. Imagine! The rest of the team were very polite and professional specially Aslawi. With regards to food, the main dish which made us go to the restaurant was the Arabic traditional breakfast which was unavailable (cost 400) We were forced to order Fatta and it was so cold, the size of the dish was too small, we also ordered pizza, cheese Pie and they were nice and delicious.. The air conditioning will only cool the table that is close to it, it needs an urgent attention. My over all experience was disappointing and i would never think of going back...
