Very disappointed quality of food for the price we paid. Nothing like french food, far from quality for the 1700 LE we paid for just food. Crispy chicken is not crispy, it tasted like shakes and bake. Marinate scallop lost all natural flavor and overly sweet. Tempura vegetable was not using tempura batter. The batter is thick and heavy, soaked up a lot of oil unlike traditional tempura light batter that fluffy with a crunch. It feels like eating local bar onion rings. One of the worse issue I have is poor ventilation of the open kitchen. All my closet and hair smells like cooking oil afterwards. During my visit, it was winter so the panel was installed and trapped all the cooking smoke inside...

A Fantastic experience of a French and Japanese fusion of cuisine. A vibrant atmosphere wih a view of the Nile River relaxes you while you smell the incredible dishes being prepared in the open kitchen. Mohamed Adel Shabana is a genius chef that took our senses on an incredible journey. The food is in a league of its own; the duck liver is soft as butter and the rib eye steak melts in your mouth, mixedmixed flavours that really make you say, Wow.
