A very bad experience that I will never repeat again. Unfortunately, I had booked with the management of the place and paid the full amount a month before the boat reservation date. To my surprise, when I arrived, there was no staff member to receive me or guide me to the boat. We had to wait for 15 minutes until someone showed up to take us there.
