Worst dining experience ever — at Blend Zamalek. Everything about the place was a disaster. The food was terrible, the service was painfully slow, and the glasses weren’t even clean. We had to repeat our order three times just to get it, and when it finally came, it was a joke especially the fettuccine, which came broken into tiny pieces like vermicelli. Seriously, who serves pasta like that?

Even ordering a simple bottle of water was a struggle , we had to ask for it three times before someone actually brought it. Absolute chaos.

When we politely raised our concerns, we were met with the worst attitude from the manager. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, he started yelling at us and told us we’re the ones who “don’t understand”. Just wow.

No respect. No professionalism. No hygiene. No decent food. Avoid this place...

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented.
