* The Club is Located in Doki Giza District. * On the Magical Widest part of the Nile looking over the old Fountain of Cairo that have been Renovated Recently and all the Famous International Hotel chains on the other side of the Nile * It is a Yachts Club for Yachts Owners Member's and Posh, Influential People. * The General over looking at the Club Regarding its Really Old and the Decoration is very Old : * The Atmosphere is Peaceful, Friendly and Magical Specially at Night. * The Cleanliness is not bad. * The Food is Really Good No body would ever think that You could find such Tasty Homemade Egyptians Cousin in such Place. * The Services is Good hence all the Clients are Members. * The Staff are hard workers Old Waiters and they know each Member By the Name. * The Head of Board of the Club is well known Figure in Cairo Society ( Walid Bichara). * The Corniche in this Area is really old, Neglected and Dirty although that's where all the Oldest Expensive Buildings and Property's that looking over the Nile are. * The Parking is a big problem. * If Anyone could arrange to go by Yacht to the "Honey Island" that was discovered by (Walid Bichara) next to (Qnater) on the Nile That's Really The Magic and Jewel of the Nile Tripe.

The view is fantastic. Tickets for visiting is cheap which is an added value. Food varieties is a lot and prices are reasonable but renovation is very noisy. Service is very good.

The General over looking at the Club Regarding its Really Old and the Decoration is very Old :

CYC used to be my favorite club with lots of memories in it.

Positives: Historic club with reasonable prices, excellent waiters & service (Specially Abd El Aal, Gamal & Ali) Nice location & clean.

Negatives: Lots of hungry cats all over the club, lots of yachts blocking the view, the food is not like before & needs renovations.

The person responding to google reviews from CYC board is very RUDE and unprofessional. You need to learn how to respond to...

Memories. I loved this place as a little kid. My grandfather used to take my brother and I for a walk to the Cairo Yacht Club and we loved it.

Today it serves club style food (seems standard across all Egyptian clubs), but its great to have lunch or dinner while sitting somewhere comfortable right on the Nile.

Also available are yacht related activities, lessons and licensing.
