Taza — Restaurant in Giza

The food is delicious, clean and safe, great original ingredients - but collection orders can take up to an hour !!!! Collections and pick ups is what made this Take away/ delivery business successful. I have been a customer since 2014. I suggest that the owners tell their staff to manage the flow of takeaways better than Deliveries- because your very loyal customers are standing up outside in the Cold Weather!

I ordered fish today - I was told the order would take half an hour- BUT when I picked it up it was 1 hr 8 minutes later ???!!! Sadly, am not going there again until they try and get as many Take aways as Deliveries. As am not prepared to wait longer than 30 minutes - 40 minutes when very busy. Delivery customers wait at the comfort of their home - not out in the cold like those who pick up among the beggars and the Dogs!!! Please, please TAKE SOME ACTION, get more Take aways out than...

Walking down the street after sunset on a Ramadan evening and happened upon this place with a crowd out on the sidewalk. Chicken and beef on vertical spits outside. Went in and immediately informed there is no English menu and no English speakers. When that didn’t stop us, the cashier asked if we want shwarma beef or chicken and I was able to convey yes one of each, wrap. He handed me a slip with the price and a call number (150). I paid and somehow managed to pick up my order when it was ready...

I had a bad experience here. I ordered a falafel sandwich which I had to wait over 40 minutes for which seemed unacceptable for a supposedly popular takeaway. I noticed that Arabs were being served first ahead of me even ones that ordered after me and the customer service was disorganized and terrible. The staff seemed low key racist in my opinion, never even acknowledging my presence. By the time the food came it was ok but I was completely annoyed. I will not be coming...
