KFC — Restaurant in South Sinai

Literally the most awful food takeaway I've ever experienced! Firstly ordered food, they left my partners meal off the order, so after waiting around 20 minutes I then had to reorder her meal. We then had to wait another 40 minutes, still no meal for her so I went the counter to tell the man who shouted through to the chef in the back to make the burger (unbelievable). So, then after another 20 minutes (I've got steam coming out my ears now) I go to stand at the counter and ask how long, they say 1 minute, the simple looking guy in the dirty sweaty red shirt then stands directly in front of me, staring right at me singing an Arabic song right in my face. Eventually after about 90 minutes the food came. For the last 15 minutes before it come all 3 of the slow workers kept coming to the door looking at us and laughing. Then after telling them it was a disgrace and asking for my original receipt to be reprinted so I could complain (they said no) they walk out behind me, my partner and 5 kids as though they were 2 doorman even though both of them together cant of weighed more the 80kg. Honestly, if anyone who has any influence running that business sort the staff out.......

There’s absolutely no line system. No floor markings, no organization — just a messy crowd stretching from the counter to the door. At least in my country, there’s some basic structure. The restroom? A disaster. Leaking taps, unflushed and filthy toilets — clearly no one’s bothering to clean or maintain anything. The cashier couldn’t care less. No smile, no greeting, no suggestion like, “Would you like ketchup, mayo, or BBQ sauce with your fries?” Just take your money and move on. The juices? Mostly served in cheap plastic bottles. Extremely disappointed with kfc in Sharm. This is nothing like the KFC we know from other countries/places. The food quality is far below standard dry chicken, cold fries, and everything tasted old and poorly prepared. The service was slow and disorganized, and the hygiene levels were close to zero . If you’re expecting the same taste and experience as KFC in the US, Europe, or Gulf countries, you’ll be shocked. It’s a cheap imitation that completely ruins the brand reputation.
