1 star because food was decent, ambience was even great (as you can see from the positive comments here) but then there's this rude waiter with the capability to ruin overall customer experience with his rudeness. The older, tall and lean gray-haired male waiter unnecessarily stressed us out, made us feel like we needed to give him our order fast or whenever he asked even though it's so obvious that we're still choosing from the menu. If they had some conventional system for taking orders, I believe it's possible to explain that to customers P O L I T E L Y, especially those who aren't familiar with the place yet. Instead, he openly showed us that he's so annoyed with us. We felt unwelcomed. That first part would've been easier to shrug off, but then he ended up forgetting my cappuccino and he "forgot" to exclude from our bill the bottled water that we returned to him. I missed it when I skimmed the receipt fast before leaving since it was at the very bottom so I ended up paying for it unknowingly. Not sure if it was intentional or an honest mistake. Either way, that's his bad. The food isn't even super great and this waiter unnecessarily transferred his stress onto us and was rude, and on top of that, HE COULDN'T EVEN DO HIS JOB WELL. LoL. Would not recommend. You could get a much better overall experience else where.
P.S. Browse through the low-rating comments just for a few seconds (Under 'Reviews' tab/panel - Sort by 'Lowest' or 'Lowest ratings') and observe how they respond to negative criticisms. If you've seen what professional replies look like, you'll immediately spot that they're soooo poorly handling this. You'll see them asking for more details if one gives a few stars without much details, but then when they do provide details, they attack them/their comment in such tasteless, classless and condescending manner. I WON'T BE SURPRISED IF MY COMMENT WILL END UP WITH THE SAME FATE. Just see for yourself. You can easily tell how defensive, unprofessional, selective and/or inconsistent they are in treating customers. It might not be the entire crew but a few waiters there and whoever is replying to these negative feedbacks ruining the group. Best of luck to this...

The service was incredible, and the young lady who served us was highly attentive. I have read many reviews on Google that mention poor service there, but this wasn't the case.
We had some serious adventures ordering a white wine, but let it be. I just don't recommend storing red wines on the radiator or near the oven (a temperature of around 30 degrees Celsius is … too high).
Some thoughts about the food: We may have made unlucky choices. Our grown-up children have visited Pulcinella more often, and they have given us excellent recommendations for the place and the food in general.
And we can agree with them, considering Carpaccio – good-quality meat delicately seasoned – was lovely. But Parmigiana di Melanzane (which has always been one of my favourite antipasti or primi) smelled (and tasted) of too-long-used frying oil; otherwise, it was pretty tasteless.
Our second course: The Ossobuco portion was massive, and the meat was pleasantly tender, but it lacked flavour. Perception of saltiness is utterly individual, and I don't like to add salt to a dish that the chef meant to be like that. But in this case, some extra salt would be the game-changer. And was there any soffritto?
Now, the worst part is that it's always a pity when the raw ingredients are compromised by improper handling. Fresh tuna is always delicate. When overprocessed (such as fried or grilled), it becomes a canned-like food. Our three generous portions of tuna were heavily (and I mean it) overcooked (or steamed under the lid?).
The "classic" cannolo had a strong, mass-produced shell. I might be wrong; if it is self-made, it was not the most significant success. Ricotta cream was probably made using powdered sugar—not at all like it has to be—tender and melting in your mouth.
Should we give a second chance to...

The most arrogant service ever. We arrived without a reservation and were told we could take the table until 20:30. We accepted because we knew it would take less time than that. At 19:30 we finished eating and as soon as we crossed the cutlery they asked us to leave the table saying they needed it because there was a queue of people waiting (it was a lie, there was no one waiting, we had simply finished eating a minute ago and we didn't want dessert so they just wanted us to leave asap). During dinner, the service was so bad that they were taking away my plates while my husband was still eating. When I told her (the old brunette lady) that the service had been bad she simply said that she needed the table, then I told her that it's not the way to treat people and she said "yes yes bye". I could not believe I was hearing that. The food was good but the place smelled strongly of sewage, and the waitress was very, very unpleasant. I recommend you to avoid this place. There are so good restaurants in Tallinn with great service, don’t go...
