My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel in the city centre during our trip to Tallinn, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations!
Booked directly through the hotel website and upon arrival, we were greeted with prompt and attentive service at the reception. The check-in process was seamless.
Imagine our delight when we were informed of a room upgrade! Our new room not only offered more space but also boasted a stunning view overlooking the charming "Lucky Chimney Sweeper Sculpture" square. It was a wonderful surprise that instantly made us feel valued as guests.
The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities. The minibar and complimentary water were convenient touches, and the bonus box of chocolates was a sweet gesture that didn't go unnoticed.
Each morning, we looked forward to the well-catered breakfast spread. The staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly, allowing us to start our day on a satisfying note.
Throughout our stay, the room service was discreet yet efficient. Our room was magically cleaned and refreshed, leaving us to enjoy our time in Tallinn without any worries.
A heartfelt thank you to all the staff members who contributed to making our stay so pleasant. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience in Tallinn, and we're grateful for their hospitality.
Overall, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, every aspect of our stay was met with warmth and efficiency. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn, and we look forward to returning...
Read moreWe booked two weeks ahead - I think we got business class in the top floor. It was nice and enough for us - even though I asked for a single double bed instead of two singles. We were mostly out anyway. I found the shower a bit on the smaller side, and it was a bit stuffy, but again - it was sufficient. The most important in a hotel is breakfast. This one is small but everything I wanted was there so that's a plus - I can't complain. Everything was tasty and good. The staff is friendly and efficient and also quite fast to tidy up again. At 9 am it gets really busy. The best thing about the hotel is the location. If you want to do sightseeing in Tallinn and only have a few days this is perfect. In a quieter street, well lit and easy to reach from everywhere I highly recommend a stay in this hotel. The also have a luggage room, etc. Unfortunately the sauna doesn't work (already for months) but we didn't really come for that anyway. Glad we booked and if we ever intend to come to Tallinn again this would be our choice to...
Read moreLocated in the Old Town, is one of the main reasons why we chose to stay there. The building is fairly prestigious looking with an olde world charm. The room was on the small side, but the high ceilings did help give a sense of more space. Unfortunately, no tea/coffee facilitlies available (something that we would expect in a 4* hotel). There wasnt an iron in the room either! Other than that, the room was comfotable and a good couple of night's sleep were had (always a good sign)!
The evening meal was excellent. The presentation and quality of the courses enjoyed, were delicious and very well presented. Service was second to none. Thank you.
The buffet breakfast offered a good choice of feed. Unfortunately, the fried eggs were quite rubbery, so a recommendation would be to serve scrambled eggs, if eggs are not cooked on order!
In closing, the hotel is in an excellent position, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was comfortable and there was a lot to chose from at breakfast. We would probably...
