maybe the place itself had a sparkle some years before, but now it's a completely finished. seems like shots and drinks are not alcoholic at all, like its just a sweet drink, but bartenders are friendly and if you ask them they will recommend the best options to take, so you can rely on them. BUT the guard is just something... rude and not welcoming at all, and make not the best impression about the bar. you are not allowed to go outside holding a beer just for a sigarette, this is just a rule of the bar. they have a smoking room, but I don't want my clothes to smell that bad. 2/10 and I myself will bypass this place, and so I advise you. there are many other interesting options and places in Tallinn where you can have a great time in a space that is no less interesting in terms of interior. UPD: I read a few more reviews about the bar, and what can I say is that the idea of the bar is not the interior of the laboratory or something, but the rude security....

Whilst the drinks still go with the theme, it's all the sort of things you think are great when you're twelve and not supposed to be drinking yet. Cheap spirits mixed with crappy sodas, to make what effectively amounts to rebranded long drinks. At least the drinks are cheap, but that doesn't necessarily make them better. I'm probably rating this lower than I would be if it didn't feel like there was a bunch of wasted potential for an actually cool...
