Q Pizza&Pan — Restaurant in Tallinn

Pre-ordering via phone is impossible. This is the second time that the estimate given on the phone turns into twice as long. It is otherwise understandable on a super busy evening but as a customer I would prefer for them to then decline my order on the phone when they see they will not fit it between live orders. It is very disappointing to show up on the venue’s specified time and be treated as someone who just showed up into the regular queue and have everyone else be serviced prior to you receiving your take-away. In such a case I would rather order through a courier app.

We wanted to order 2 pizzas but were only allowed to order 1 as it was 35 min to closing, quite disappointing as we were 6 people. It took the cook 5 min to make our pizza so not sure why they couldn’t just make two. The girl that took our order was on the phone the whole time and seemed overall annoyed that we wanted to order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I started feeling bad a little while after this pizza and have been violently vomiting all night as well diarrhea. I haven’t had food poisoning in years and normally have a strong stomach but this place clearly is serving improper food or not sanitizing their kitchen correctly. I want a refund!!!!!
