If you like lazy, cold, arrogant, and slow service with okay food — this is your place.
We went as a family with two toddlers. There were six staff members working, only three tables occupied, and yet we were told to wait because “a table had to be prepared.” Meanwhile, staff stood around talking for four minutes before actually doing anything. Any parent knows (and well-trained staff should know) that when kids are involved, the clock is ticking.
It took 12 minutes just to set a table, and apparently the manager insists on personally seating each guest — but only when he feels like it. We watched several customers arrive and be told to wait, even though other staff were free, all because the manager wanted control. This bottleneck slowed down service, ruined the flow, and hurt both customer experience and sales.
After finally being seated, it took 25 minutes to get our order taken, despite there being only three other tables. Other guests who arrived later were served faster, received menus quicker, and even got their wine before we had menus in hand. It seemed clear that the manager gave preference to the customers he personally considered “valuable.” A shame, because as entrepreneurs running multiple venues ourselves, we recognize how damaging that attitude is.
The food itself was just okay — portions were inconsistent and leaned heavily on frozen products. For example, the €19 pappardelle seafood sauce was smaller than a starter, while the €16 seafood ravioli consisted of just 4.5 pieces, gone in under a minute. Oddly enough, the bruschetta starter was fresher, better value, and more satisfying than the mains.
To be fair, our server Yulia did her best within the constraints of the system. The problem clearly lies in management. The restaurant has recently been rebranded and refreshed, but if they want it to last, they’ll need to let go of ego, improve efficiency, and focus on genuine hospitality. Right now, it feels like they’re relying on convenience rather than care.
We wouldn’t return unless we absolutely had to.

The atmosphere is surely elegant, maybe a bit "cold" but there were not many clients. Service was very professional and attentive, without being invasive and the waitress spoke perfectly English. About the food, I took the chicken burger with fries and it was really good, also a generous portion for 16 Euros, and I utmost appreciated the free bottle of water and the small starter they offer: different kind of breads with flavored butter, really a nice touch. All in all a positive experience, one star less because I was disappointed by the desserts: my crème brûlée was good, but you can't charge 10 Euro for such a small portion, especially if I consider how much the burger with fries costs, only 6 Euro more.
