Contemporary Art Museum of Estonia (EKKM) — Attraction in Tallinn

I called the museum to ask about the room rental and checked with a person if they speak in English because I don't speak good Estonian. Asking complicated question in English would be easier for me. The young person was sadly very rude, raising voice at me and asking why should they tell me if they speak English - it's personal question. It is not a personal question, it is your job to be polite and help the people who call and ask questions. Not saying anything about raising voice and being extremely rude. Very bad experience!
