A complete disaster – avoid this place!

This is NOT a restaurant but a nightmare in terms of service. My phone battery died, so I asked the waiter for a charger. Instead of helping, I was told I had to scan something to get a battery—how does that work when my phone is dead?? After some discussion, they promised to charge my phone, but after 20–30 minutes, nothing was done. Frustrated, I tried to resolve it myself, only to be threatened by security! Is it kind of back to Soviet Union behaviour???

The staff, especially the person in charge, has no clue what customer service means or how to solve even the simplest issues. Zero hospitality, empty promises, and an attitude that belongs in "Moscowia," not the EU. If you value basic respect as a...

I go for the first time to this restaurant and the guy who made the shisha was very polite and lovely...but the girls were working there act like you are a shiiit...the never come to ask me if i want something and avoid my gaze...i give them a secound chance and visite again the restaurant i try to explain a red head girl that the head of shisha isn t suitable because the tobacco burn very fast but she wasn t listening and rolled her eyes like i am stupid (I have a master in chemistry)...she even not come to change the coal...i do not recommend this shisha bar ... you can go to magnet bar few walks away from mere restro..the shisha over there is fantastic and the guy who working there...

Menu says shisha is 0 euros but it's really 30. The satay noodles have basically no peanut butter, its just cooked in coconut milk. Music is very loud, too loud. Customer service is very bad, server did not want us there at all and never asked if we liked the food. In the end I told the server I didn't like it and I had barely eaten any of it, she said that's just how the food is and didn't offer to bring anything else or give any discount.
