Siesta Tapas & Bar — Restaurant in Tallinn

We had a lovely evening at this cozy, small restaurant. The service was fast and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Spanish music and tasteful decor added a nice touch, and we appreciated the attentive staff—great job to the team inside.

The food was good, but we found it a bit too basic. Everything was well prepared, but adding a bit more depth and flavor to the dishes could really elevate the experience. A small upgrade in seasoning and presentation would make a big difference.

One unfortunate downside was the manager or owner sitting outside, speaking very loudly and even yelling at times. It really disrupted the otherwise relaxing and intimate setting. A quiet, cozy vibe is part of what makes a dinner special—so we hope this will be taken into consideration.

Hi, I want to leave my review and I hope they don't delete it because that will mean they are very unprofessional. Overall the place is nice, cozy and makes you want to come in. The problem is the value for money, I am a lover of Spain and its food, and I know very well the gastronomy of the country, I can not recommend the tapas of this place for what they cost, it seems an outrage that for two croquettes the price is 9 € when in Spain croquettes of much higher quality you get a whole serving for that price. I also have to say that I had to wait a long time for the food, in general the management of the bar is not good because they should have more waiters for the amount of people that go there. I will not pay a bill like that again to eat dishes that in theory are Spanish, for that price in Spain I eat much better, and in Estonia I eat better at...

The artichokes were quite good, other items we tried (beef medallion and tortilla) were not that tasty, the meat was the biggest dissappointmet. The place was tiny, which can be cozy, but there was some fan that was blowing cold wind on us and we had nowhere else to sit - we politely asked if it's possible to turn it off but the waitress ignored our request twice so we ended up wearing out coats inside. Otherwise the service was fast. As the place is small and the kitchen is open, there is some smoke and smells all the time.
