Stalker — Restaurant in Tallinn

The upper management doesn't understand how to maintain a reputation.

We came to have dinner and ordered Bloody Mary cocktails. After the first sip it became obvious that they put so much tabasco that cocktails were literally undrinkable. This was not the first time we drink Bloody Mary, we know how the cocktail must taste.

We complained to a waitress, she called a manager and after that we spent 20 minutes trying to explain to her that a customer has the right to have his food or drink replaced if it's not properly prepared. Her arguments were: "Personally, I like it", "That's how we do it here". If you prepare your own extra-spicy version of a classical cocktail mention it in the menu.

She even offered to dilute the cocktail with more tomato juice not realizing that it would dilute the amount of alcohol as well.

When we were done arguing, our food was cold and the mood ruined. We left shortly after, probably never returning back.

Food: a hamburger was stale, rotisserie chicken was fine. A waitress was cool...

The biggest noise poluters in rotermanni. Out baby cannot sleep. They are putting loud music and disturbing residents till late night. No shame. Do whatever you want but close door.

We made already claim to owner on 02.07.2023 but we did not get any answer Dear Neighbour, On night from Friday to Saturday and another days before, your restaurant played very loud music after midnight. Also your clients screemed and talking very loud being under strong influence of alcohol . We live here and we want to sleep. We called police as nobody answered your number and we will call every time if you pass time according to law. Sunday-Thursday until 10 pm Friday-Saturday till midnight Also there is permit in case you want to make concerts during summer time.

I was waiting my cocktail for 45 minutes. I decided to give them one more chance and on the next day I came, I was forced to pay for the cocktail that I even did not drink. They made a wrong cocktail. I asked to make the right one, the bartender took it from me and gave the new one. Later I received the bill there were 2 cocktails. I said that I am ok to pay for two but give back my old cocktail then. No one warned me if I want to order the new one, I should pay for that. After a long conversation with manager I understood that there is compromise or good attitude toward the client so I payed but decided not to visit this place anymore or to recommend to my friends.
