Great selection of beers, especially of Puhaste, which is one of my favourite breweries. Unfortunately the prices of most beers are crazy high compared to dutch shops. Even estonian beers. This seems to be a common thing in Tallinn though. Nonetheless we were here for some good beers and we drank 6 of 15 euros each. The shop is fairly small and there are a lot of boxes filled with beer, also under the table we sat at. The lids of the boxes were loose and you easily accidently bump your feet to those boxes. A friend knocked over a box by accident and the shopkeeper was very rude about it. He told my friend to clean it up and pay for each broken overpriced beer. Also ‘be aware of your surroundings’. Which to a certain degree is understandable. Eventually he did it himself. I think he handled the situation poorly. Estonian or foreign? Dark or light? Doesn't matter! Every (craft) beer lover will find something here. Beers on tap change often and that I really love too, always something new to give a shot. The environment was very cool, an old mill-type building with original stone creates a superb piece of history mixed with modern craft beers.
The staff were really friendly and gave us some advice on the beers. We even met a guy called Janis at the bar who gave us some great advice on places to visit, eat and drink in both Tallinn and Riga.
