There was absolutely no best part in this stay. I went with my brother and his wife. Stayed in different apts: they got an updated one and I got the lowest end one, not cleaned for...when. Awful experience and the rep was the worst. Don't book! |From the beginning to get this rep answer via email or text no go. I only spoke English fluently and after my brother getting a brush off I was left to do the dirty work. When I finslly got her on the phone, she ttied to brush me off and beng warned about this by my brother I wasn't having it. Time after time she made promises and didn't keep them. My brother's tv was set in Italian and she promised to come at 9 am. Mind you, she made the appointment. Contacted after 9 am she's not coming. Promised to come by 7.15 pm showed up late and screwed up our dinner plans. She ended up pointing a finger at me because if the locking system here and saying it's on me and got up and cursed me. My first time in Tallinn. |KEY SYSTEM: If you're still going to book with this company, please insist on the renovated apartments. You also must lock coming in and going out. My ignorance, I was tired and had a few drinks. Never seen a locking system like this coming from US and having worked in this business a long time. Read moreI would agree with some of the other posts that have been written on other sites. People have had issues with regard to the return of deposit money or refunds. Basically there is no Customer Service so if things go wrong your left out of pocket.||In my situation we were either provided with the incorrect lockbox code or the lockbox was faulty. Anyway we tried to contact the company but there was no answer therefore we had to check in to a hotel on the first night. The next day somebody from the company met us and also could not open the lockbox and we were given a spare key.||Basically it is a lot of hassle and the apartments are in need of refurbishment. We are still waiting for the refund for 1 nights stay.. Other people have stayed with this company on longer contacts and have not been returned their deposit money.||Before arriving you are set all these rules & regarding to adhere to but when the tenant needs to be reimbursed they are not. Read moreNot the hospitality we expected. We booked this apartment via booking dot com. We informed them of our late arrival time, which was past midnight. On arrival at the apartment of Vilmsi, the access key was wrong. It was negative fifteen degrees Celsius, and we had a baby. We tried to call the number in the information received, and the call was declined. I sent a WhatsApp video of the key and our attempt to open it. The responder took his/her time to reply. Wasting time asking where we got the key, etc. It was freezing at two in the morning
Eventually, he/she said the cleaner put the wrong key, and we need to wait twenty five more minutes to get the right key after wasting our time with delayed reply and questions.
I replied we can't wait that long, and with NO Apology, our reservation was cancelled.
No apologies, just a string of blunt replies.
It was a disappointing experience!!!! Avoid this place if you desire proper...
