Read moreVery famous Levier Cafe in Tallinn in Rotermanni area. They have tables inside and outside. Very cozy and modern design with a see through kitchen. We have ordered duck salad and caviar pancakes. The duck salad I wouldnât recommend because the duck fillet was very small and over cooked, the fillet was cooked before and was just warmed up before serving which makes it very dry, usually duck fillet served medium rare. However, if you are visit this place please try Caviar pancakes, they are just next level of perfection. They are small and super fluffy served with creamy sauces, red caviar, cured salmon and pickled red onions. The whole combination is super beautiful and extremely tasty! Well done Chefs! For this dish I would come back! As well we ordered some chips with Chiracha sauce, they were lovely as well! The service was very polite and nice as well! For the duck I would recommend you to not over cooked (or marinated it well in honey to make the meat softer), as well you could change the dressing with something fruity like figs or red berries it goes well with the duck and will bring your salad to the next level....

The sweet onion sauce enlightens the patty, and on the bread the salad sauce is pretty nice and makes the bread moist. I guess the sauce might base mayonnaise. With truffle oil to elevate the sense of aroma, I would say the burger is beyond burgers.
Estonian breakfast brings surprise. I used to like English breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs, the sautĂ©ed mushrooms, and the bacon and sausage, perhaps. Iâd say Estonian makes the breakfast more vivid and rich in terms of food. Iâd say the highlight is the fish, not sure itâs salmon or trout which mentions on the menu. As you can see in the picture, it grabs more different ingredients in a plate and is beautiful.
Itâs really nice to dine here to have a...
