A traditional kebab restaurant founded in 1997. A great service paired with decent price to quality. And this establishment has amazing atmosphere. Something that everybody should appreciate.

This place has really great atmosphere. Just this itself makes it one of the best kebab restaurants I've been. You can easily spend here much longer because it's so cozy place. It isn't a five star luxury restaurant but it's cozy and full of small details - these details separate this place from typical chain restaurants that usually look so artificial and capitalist. This place has history and it has soul.

Basic kebab with French fries cost 9,50 Euros which is average price in Helsinki center area. However quality is better than average. Portion is quite decent sized - even a bit too big. Water is included to the price which is great.

This place often gets crowded because it's popular among common people. There might be a reason for this. They're looking for price to quality and this truly is one of those places in Helsinki. This spot is also traditional stopping point for younger adults that are looking for nightly outdoor/indoor liquid beverage activities and need solid beverage refueling. This establishment is also one of those places that is open really late during weekend - and it's well placed at the crosssection of various nightly activities.

Overall this is great place to visit. It isn't anything super special when compared from quality of the food. It's better than average but mileu, atmosphere and service is grand here - something that you truly appreciate among other similar establishments. Really good value and very comfy place to have a meal. We were very hungry and the food came quickly. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. We got the chicken kebab with french fries and the lamb kebab with garlic potatoes. They both came with tomato sauce and mayo on the meat which was a bit unusual but tasty. It was a lot of food including a big salad. The french fries were really good, I think they had chicken salt on them and were very thin and crispy - really yummy. Wahrscheinlich war das der schlechteste Kebab-Laden in dem ich jemals war. Ich habe nach der Empfehlung des Chefs gefragt, welcher mir empfohlen hat einen spezial Teller(war nur spezial schlecht) zu nehmen. Auf diesem war: Pommes, Reis, Fleisch(i guess Rind und Huhn) und ein ranziger Salat. Dieser Teller kostete mir nicht nur meinen Appetit sondern auch 16€. Für den Preis erwartet man eigentlich eine gute Leistung, welche man überhaupt nicht erhielt. Außerdem kostete die Cola 4 Euro( das war das einzig gute). Jetzt zu dem Teller: die Pommes waren gut aber nichts besonderes, ziemlich Standard gewürzt. Der Reis war auch nichts spezielles, aber auch der war nicht gut. Jetzt zu den Komponenten, welche das Essen endgültig ruinierten. Auf dem Teller waren zwei widerliche soßen viel zu großzügig draufgeklatscht. Eine Art Gewürzketchup und eine eklige Mayonnaise. Keine ahnung wer denen ins Hirn gekackt hat, aber weder noch gehört auf einen Dönerteller. Das Fleisch war nicht lecker sondern zäh und außerdem übertrieben voll mit den ekligen Soßen. Der Salat war überhaupt nicht erzählenswert, sondern labbrig und herzlos. Alles in allem bekommt das Essen eine 2/10. Wenn man den Preis noch einberechnet eher eine 1/10. Vorallem als Tourist wirklich schwierig zu unterscheiden ob das Restaurant wirklich was taugt. Warum eine 4 sterne Bewertung mit 1000+ Bewertungen?Hat der Durchschnitt die Geschmacksknospen von Pumba aus König der Löwen? Trotzdem gebe ich 1/5 Sternen, weil mir derjenige leid tut, der nach mir die Toilette sauber machen musste. Meine Nougatschleuse hat nämlich komplett faxen gemacht. LG.
