Noodle Story Kamppi is an absolute gem for authentic Chinese noodles in Helsinki. The flavors are spot on, portions are generous, and the value is unbeatable. I had the Jiangxi-style fried noodles, and it instantly brought back childhood memories—the taste was so authentic and comforting.

The service was just as impressive: friendly, quick, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Our food arrived fast, and everything was served piping hot. Two noodle dishes plus a side came to only €36, which is outstanding value for the quality and portion size.

I would strongly recommend Noodle Story to anyone craving genuine Chinese flavors or simply looking for a delicious, satisfying meal...

Not sure what the story part is about, but I can confirm they do noodles. And pretty good ones at that.

It’s a small, well-kept, place with maybe half a dozen tables. Seemed clean enough and you get a glimpse of the kitchen as well.

I got the chicken noodles and had to wait for maybe five minutes before I got them. Huge portion with a decent amount of chicken. Tasty and not spicy at all. More veggies would have made it even better.

A nice thing was the salad buffet that was included. Normally this type of thing is boring, but here it was actually good. I tried multiple alternatives and they were all good.

They have different options for their lunch menu but we ordered from their Ala Carte menu. The broth of braised beef noodle soup was flavorful. But personally I prefer chewy noodles. Next time I will ask them to serve the noodles Al donte. The pan fried flat noodles with beef was even tastier compared to the soup. In both dishes, they had used fresh veggies.

They also have a salad bar with different options. Overall, we were pleased with the flavor, used fresh ingredients, and the taste. For sure, we will visit here more often...
